Backstrom, Backström, Bäckström

In Swedish, Backström and Bäckström would be regarded as completely different surnames (same thing for Backlund/Bäcklund etc). This Americanized spelling does not distinguish between these names. --Hegvald (talk) 13:02, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
