Who voiced Marty McFly in the animated series?

[edit]

That information is currently not given on the wiki page.

Michael J. Fox: it says so here. Basketball110 20:39, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Nope, he was voiced by David Kaufman. Annie D (talk) 22:03, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Canon?

[edit]

Is this considered canon? Please tell me it's not. I know that some answers were given in the series, but please tell me that it's not considered canon.216.249.145.232 07:21, 6 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Since there's no further BTTF material being produced, and there likely never will be (aside from the potential for future remakes), I'd imagine the production company's feeling is the same as any other multiple media creation: the cartoons are considered "alternate universe" at best. -=Worloq=- 20:59, 6 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I would normally aggree with the "alternate reality" idea, but I do not believe there is anything conflicting between the movies series and the animated series. Here on Wikipedia the individual character biographies are broken up in "instalments" without indication that the animated series entries are "other versions". Essentially I think the entries may be in confliction if alternate reality should be the answer.RedKnight (talk) 16:29, 18 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Back to the Future TAS Cast.jpg

[edit]

Image:Back to the Future TAS Cast.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

That image is terrible, anyway. Is that really promotional art for the show? Because the characters only vaguely look like they did on the actual show. 24.91.98.255 (talk) 04:22, 25 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"Retired" math error

[edit]

In the episode "Retired", there is a mathematical inconsistency which seems to have been carried through to the article. This may have been helped by an animation error, but I'd have to rewatch the episode to verify the accuracy of the display shown in the cartoon. Anyway, Doc is tricked into thinking he has used up 99.9% of his brain power, and for some reason, Marty erroneously states later in the episode that only .01% is left when it should really be .1% -- quite a difference! Conflicts within article

[edit]

The Premise section says that Marty McFly was a minor character and the show focused on the Brown family. The Voice Actors section says that Marty McFly was "the main animated character." Which is it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.94.77.70 (talk) 01:39, 9 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
