Article needs a complete overhaul

This is not en encyclopedic article : it lacks a synopsis, and the tone is completely inappropriate — the paragraph on Marco Inaros has a question in it, something that should almost never happen in an encyclopedia. Rama (talk) 23:03, 13 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
