[edit]I know off the top of my head that Babbit and Costello appeared in at least 2 cartoons as mice, not one. This should be mentioned in a later revision. Also, I am curious as to when and how Babbit and Catstello made appearances in Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries. And finally, does anyone else think that Babbit might have been named after the famous Disney animator Art Babbit?- John Pannozzi, April 22, 2006
- Highly unlikely. It's made fairly obvious that Babbit's name was a play on Bud Abbott. (Sugar Bear 18:56, 15 July 2006 (UTC))
- Not only that, the characters voices and behaviors are obvious takeoffs on Abbott and Costello. Wahkeenah 19:15, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
