timing belt, Control chain of this motor measure simple and fast verify
[edit]Timing belt - Control chain of this motor measure simple and fast verify
The control chain goes longer under load and a repair by 200.000 km is quite normal. With a simple genial tool the length of the can be verified simple and fast for this motor. [1]
Video search in YouTube: youtu be NE8T9nfjzMA
the Tool costs 40 Euro and the Test is very Short and about 15 minutes with pre and after work. The repair of the control chain system costs about 500 Euro Material and 2 Man days work. So false diagnosis is very painful in costs.
