Is MTV Jams really coming to DirecTV or is this an April Fools' joke?
Until the page was cleaned up I had been using it to find the Jams of the Week... does anyone know where I can find these online? Jonas094 (talk) 03:34, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
Yeah I just came here looking for the jam of the weeks too... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.178.51.33 (talk) 08:02, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
MTV Jams is the best music channel in the whole US alongside with MTV Hits.
In fact these are the only mainstream music channels that give little commercial-interrupted video. There are commercials after 4 videos on MTV Hits and after 6 videos on MTV Jams. Just wow. All other music channels are absolute crap with commercials after each 2 videos, thus making them watch absolutely impossible. And that is absolute annoyance that neither DirecTV nor Dish Network have them aboard. It is of small difference that they repeat the same selection of videos every 8 hours. No one watches music videos even for this much. You'd better go out and some activities in this time.
Can someone mention this fact?
Merger proposal
[edit]I propose merging MTVX into BET Jams. I think the content in MTVX can easily be condensed and explained in the context of the channel currently occupying it's channel space, and on top of that, MTVX isn't very important, and it's article won't be expanded anytime soon. 3eanut (talk) 03:20, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose The channels had completely divergent musical directions, and just because of distance doesn't make MTVX 'not very important'. There's no cause for merger I see. Nate • (chatter) 04:32, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
Unreferenced
[edit]Since there are no cited sources to confirm anything documented on this page, I've removed such sections accordingly. I've also removed that idiotic rambling at the top of the talk page.Thecleanerand (talk) 23:52, 31 January 2022 (UTC)
- Not idiotic rambling; it was all good faith. You don't remove good faith content from talk pages, period. Nate • (chatter) 22:08, 5 February 2022 (UTC)
