Isn't "Compression" the eight and last episode? That's how they are listed on the dvdrip version i watched, this screenshot from the dvd menu also suggests that order. bbx 05:06, 27 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

BBS Resurgence

[edit]

About 10 years after the release of this film, BBSs saw a renewed popularity that continues today. Of course, this popularity dwarfs in comparison to their popularity in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are certainly more popular now than when this film was made. The new interest in BBSs is partly due to the new interest in vintage (aka "retro") computers. Most BBSs today are accessible through the Internet using the telnet and/or ssh protocols. This is accomplished through a modern "WiFi" device that connects to a retro computer's serial port and emulates a modem over TCP/IP. A small number of BBSs today also support traditional dial-up modems too. You can get a list of current BBSs at the Telnet BBS Guide (https://www.telnetbbsguide.com/). 12.154.207.45 (talk) 06:18, 14 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
