Does this page really offer anything not already covered by LAMP? While it's great to promote BSD and PgSQL, the 'pedia isn't a promotional vehicle, and I see no search engine hits for BAPP that appear to relate to this material. Thoughts? --ghoti 17:59, 11 August 2006 (UTC)
- 8 years later and nothing changed, so yes i am also in favor of merging this into LAMP. Arved (talk) 07:55, 9 September 2014 (UTC)
- 9 years later from the last reply, and 17 years since this issue was first raised up. There was a redirect to LAMP (software bundle) made in 2006; this was then, in my opinion foolishly, reverted in 2011. In my opinion this article doesn't add much; the basic idea is already explained in the LAMP page, but each of the four components can be swapped out for anything remotely similar, and permutations are practically limitless. I might get around to merging these pages. – oatco (talk) 01:34, 15 July 2023 (UTC)
