Edits that contain bias have been removed. It is a factual account of B. Wayne Hughes, Jr. linked to reputable sources such as Forbes and Huffington Post. In addition, formatting has been fixed to meet Wikipedia standards and Sandbox links to other profiles on Wikipedia have been added.
