Dr. Katarki, was a very simple person, always stayed away from awards, accolades, etc; work was worship for him. Any way he was inspired by the achievement of Dr. Patel, who was in the cotton fraternity, and what he and the likeminded scientists needed was, the publicity. It is also badly needed. To publish any body's work was a real hurdle in those days. Internet was non existence, then.
