Outcome of the ruling
[edit]Will there be any outcome to the ruling? Can the EU sanction Poland for this? (If Poland does not appeal the decision, or such appeal be rejected). Nahum (talk) 19:59, 10 April 2010 (UTC)
status of pending appeal
[edit]As far as I know, there is no current movement to appeal the decision, does anyone have proof to the opposite? perhaps a change to the article is needed, if not a complete removal of that sentence. edit for clarity: with the president's death, and even had he not died, it seems a bit outdated to claim an appeal is in the works.74.68.98.203 (talk) 00:11, 22 April 2010 (UTC)
