Shapeshifter?

The primary source, the saga of Hrolf Kraki, does not mention or hint at shapeshifting. What it says is that Böðvar chooses to sleep during a fight, while a bear fights outside, only to disappear once he wakes up. It also tells of a belief in drinking bears blood, to gain strenght.
