I'm afraid this article does not pass at this time. The article suffers from organizational issues (things that would easily go into one or two sections regarding the album's history are spread over several with the Critical Reception thrown in arbitrarily), overreliance on minutia (the promotional tour information), and has an outstanding issue template citing a grave concern (the article lacks citations, which one can substantiate by looking both at the article's main content and References at the very end). If all the material we could not use were removed, the article would be very short and very unsatisfying to read.

I encourage the nominator to expand the article, add more citations and reorganize the article. Perhaps looking to a good or even featured article on an album would be beneficial; I strongly recommend In Utero (album), as it is the standard I use and have had success with.
