Lead

[edit]
  • exlusively -> typo
  • exlusively at -> through
  • Knowles shot nine videos for the album, with four other videos having already been filmed. -> a bit repetitive
  • has been awarded -> its not really an award, its a certification of authenticity for said amount of shipments
  • denoting?
  • Outside of North America, -> seems a bit biased and too focused on the US, perhaps "internationally"
  • the album featured as a bonus disc
  • The "Still in Love (Kissing You)" video featured a cover of a song by Des'ree and, due to a lawsuit, only initial pressings of the album contain its video. -> a bit lost here

Background

[edit]
  • Knowles said that she filmed B'Day Anthology Video Album -> she didn't film it, she compiled it. They were already filmed for other purposes
  • Only four videos were already filmed, the other nine were filmed especially for the album
  • do not have to log on to YouTube to watch her music videos, but instead can play them via DVD -> would not. Also, could be worded better
  • This section could benefit from a basic c/e. The sentencing is a bit choppy
  • According to Vibe, the shooting of the thirteen videos included on the album means that Knowles holds the record of the most music videos released in a twelve-month period. -> bad sentence

Release

[edit]
  • Released, released. -> try to avoid repetitive wording in the same sentence
  • Again
  • The video album featured as the second disc on international copies of B'Day Deluxe Edition albeit without the behind-the-scenes,[9] while Irremplazable was the bonus disc in the United States. -> multiple issues. Aside from the poor wording, this is the first time I have read here about Irremplazable. It needs some form of introduction
  • Prior to its release, copies of the videos were ripped from an advance album and leaked onto the internet in MP4 form.[11] promoted the album by appearing on television shows -> fix
  • Any sources for the appearances?
At the end of the sentence
  • marking shipments of two million copies. -> Ummmm, don't you mean 200,000
  • Marking doesn't really fit here

Lawsuit

[edit]
  • Main article: Kissing You (Des'ree song)#Lawsuit -> fix
  • a video for the song to include on -> the tense is weird.

Misc

[edit]
  • Any positions for a video chart in the US?
