[edit]

I have deleted content lacking inline citations per WP:V. Here's the diff [1]. Please do not reinsert content without proper citations in violation of sitepolicies and guidelines like WP:V and WP:RS. Besides, please do not write in a promotional tone. See WP:NPOV. Thanks.OrangesRyellow (talk) 16:29, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Why have you deleted the content? I put my efforts to edit it - If you have had some concern, you better might have approached me in the first place; so that we could have discussed your problem with it? Why did you not even trouble to check the referred sites blow, which contained all the material that was taken to build the the article? Do you actually understand Sindhi language, the YouTube interviews of this personality contained the genuine bio? I have been on Wikipedia since 2007, and all I could do here is to come and distort the facts and deviate the users of Wikipedia by not providing the citation; is that what you have learned about old users here being as an administrator? (Indusengineer 22:48, 23 May 2013 (UTC))
Hi Indusengineer. I think I have already explained why I deleted the content. However, let us go over it in some detail now. The article was completely lacking inline citations. Articles of this size have to have inline citations so that it is easy to understand which reference is supporting which part of the article. Please see WP:V. Further, youtube is generally not used. Please see: This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates copyright. Moreover, Wikipedia articles should be written mainly from third party, secondary sources. Interviews by the subject himself are WP:SPS self published sources, and have limited uses. Moreover, the article was written in with a promotional tone. Please see WP:NPOV and WP:WTA, and try to write from a neutral, encyclopedic tone. I do not understand Sindhi language and I do not see the need because of problems in using youtube as I have already explained. I understand that you had put in a lot of effort, and hate to delete other people's work, but site policies and interests of the project must take priority. If you rewrite the article taking my concerns into account, you may find me not deleting your work. Ah, and I am not an administrator. Just a simple user.
