Changing title
[edit]Once again, the title Russian Federation was incorrectly changed to Russia. This is a repeat change to multiple articles without consensus. The award criteria (establishment orders) appearing in all Russian Federation ODM articles are translated verbatim, ALL cite Russian Federation, NOT Russia. This is a political statement akin calling the Soviet Union Russia or Soviets Russians. What happened to discussion and consensus on Wiki? Fdutil (talk) 17:06, 23 December 2016 (UTC)
