Addition of tags "clarification needed"

I've tried to tidy this article a bit. I found two phrases incomprehensible, unfortunately, and so instead of guessing at their meaning I simply tagged them in the hope that an editor who knows the subject matter can clarify. The phrases I cannot understand are:

“goons part of gang of smuggling head Mulchand Malhotra”
“Jayant tries taking help of Mulchand, Meerchandani”
