While this article cites many publications by its subject, it does not source the biographical material itself as is required by the policies regarding biography of living persons (see WP:BLP).

As I understand it, the BLP policies are mainly concerned about keeping possible libel off WP. The problem with this article is just the opposite, it's too positive. Dr. Gileadi seems to be notable enough, however. Steve Dufour 13:01, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I reluctantly added a link to September Six. Gex999 (talk) 14:25, 27 May 2008 (UTC)GEX999[reply]
There really needs to be mention of his excommunication here. It's a matter of public record and is of significant importance in LDS academia. 70.116.9.52 (talk) 11:00, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Both Dr. Gileadi and the LDS Church need to make a public statement clarifying whether the excommunication was directly or indirectly a result of his writings. The excommunication places a dark cloud over his otherwise brilliant books. Yes, I know that the LDS Church has a policy against discussing these matters. I also wonder if Dr. Gileadi is effectively under a gag order of some sort.Gex999
