[edit]I'm pretty sure Mark Braine is still alive, so we'd better source the statements about his behaviour. Ewen 10:25, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
Details of Mr Braine deleted
[edit]I have deleted the details of Mr Braine's disciplinary hearing. Although these events happened at the school they are not really relevant to the story of the school. If Mr Braine is ever considereed notable enough to have his own wikipage then the info can be put there. If anyone is really interested in the details then they can follow the link.Filceolaire (talk) 15:24, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
O'Neill's resignation
[edit]I've removed the statement of O'Neill's resignation this July. The other recent contributions of the editor who added it include vandalism and unsourced statements in violation of WP:BLP ([1], [2],[3], [4]). Therefore I think it best to remove it from the article until someone produces a source for it (which I failed to do with a Google search). If you do have a source, VSrugbyfan, by all means feel free to re-add the information - but it's better safe than sorry where BLP is concerned (see WP:GRAPEVINE). Olaf Davis | Talk 15:44, 29 July 2008 (UTC) Go to Avon Valley school and ask them if you don't believe me. - VSrugbyfan.
- Unless we can persuade the school to put the information on their website or publish it elsewhere that wouldn't count as a reliable source. Whether I believe it or not, unsourced statements about living people are kept out of articles. Olaf Davis | Talk 19:26, 6 August 2008 (UTC)
