Hi! I'm posting here as a paid representative of North American Properties Atlanta. I have a quick factual update to this article to suggest: In the lead, updating
Phase II is scheduled to open in Fall, 2016 and includes 90,000 square feet of retail, 550,000 square feet of office space in two buildings, 276 multi-family units and a hotel with 325 rooms and a conference center with 45,000 square feet of meeting space.

Phase II opened in April 2017, adding 90,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space,[1] a 224,000-square-foot office tower and 276 residential units.[2][3] In January 2018, an Autograph Collection hotel and conference center also opened at Avalon. Since its inception, the development has created an estimated 4,500 new jobs in Alpharetta.[4]
