Lublin
[edit]In the article: "Polish forces took the major cities of Lubin (14 May), ..."
I believe that should be Lublin, not Lubin. Other towns listed are close to Lublin and Lublin is on the eastern side of Vistula river as are Sandomierz, Zamość, and Lwów. Lubin is in western Poland. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Slawekk (talk • contribs) 16:53, 22 January 2008 (UTC)

Assessment
[edit]I have assessed this article as start per the Milhist checklist. I don't feel that this article is structured well enough to be B class. A look at WP:MILMOS#STRUCTURE would be beneficial I feel. Any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Woody (talk) 11:56, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
- I don't feel this meets the "coverage and accuracy" criteria because I cannot accurately judge the state of this article from its current structure. What was the prelude to this war, what was the historical context, were there any preceding conflicts, if not, what triggered it? The aftermath section is also distinctly lacking, what were the consequences, what happened next, how did it affect everything politically.
- I am also worried about the sources, [1] is a dead link, meaning this is sourced from a single source. Even if you can retrieve the link from the wayback machine, it still only has two sources. To be B and above, it needs to have a variety of sources. Any questions of this assessment can of course be made on my talkpage again. Woody (talk) 14:47, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
Anon's rant
[edit]More Polish propaganda. What a bonus Wikipedia has been to them. In legal terms Poland did not exists as an independent national entity at this time so it was NOT the Polish-Austrian War at all. It was a part of the continuing conflict between the Austrian Empire and Napoleon. 81.131.121.246 (talk) 12:43, 7 October 2013 (UTC)
