[edit]Started page. Could do with a genuine source of minting numbers plus some copyright-free images. Vodkasim (talk) 00:29, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
Wholeheartedly agree. Mintage figures are definitely off. For 2009, I have 11,173, not 20,000. Don't know where I obtained that number, but it was a legit source. Also, 2016 & 2017 have a limited production of 10,000 maximum, hence cannot have 20,000 mintage. Finally, 2011, 2014, & 2015 had "unlimited" production runs, so unlikely that they were 20,000 across the board. As for 2010, 2012, & 2013, they had limited production of 20,000 maximum. [All numbers quoted, other than the 2009 figure, were taken directly from the RAM's eShop website or archived copies of their "Mint Issue" catalogs. These figures are for the frosted uncirculated coins, not the proofs.] Of course, "planned" maximums don't necessarily mean that those maximums were reached, either, so the actual mintage numbers very well could be lower. I've been waiting quite a long time to see "official" mintage numbers from 2010 and beyond. 12.157.10.2 (talk) 19:43, 3 August 2017 (UTC)
