Seeking Financial Assistance for Commercial Activities in Papua New Guinea

[edit]

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing as a General Manager and on behalf of a landowner company here in Ramu Sugar valley in Papua New Guinea. Recently last year (March 2017), the PNG National Lands Court has declared the ownership of the land to the Gambai clan on which the then Ramu Sugar Limited now its changed to Ramu Agri-Industries Limited (RAIL) has conducted its businesses for the past 55 years since 1963. The legitimate landowners according to the court's findings has not benefited in terms of royalties and landowners equities for the last five decades thus the court aside other findings and orders has ordered RAIL to compensate all this loss of royalties and equity payments through all the current spin off activities particularly the following;

— All RAIL Farms/Fields Grass Cutting/Slashing, A total of 600 farms — All RAIL estates, more than 3 — Outstanding Rental payments on the Ramu township area where most businesses conducted their businesses, a total of 12 business houses — transporting activities on farm products (sugar canes and palm oil) to the Ramu milling plants

We are seeking a contractual and financial assistant from your distinguish and reputable organization (AGC Finance Limited) to fund all our spin off business activities as per the court directives. We have prepared the following documents for your convinience;

— All the projected cash flows for the above areas of financial activities — The Business Startup Plan — The Project Proposal — The Contract Agreement papers — and other necessary loan documents in relation to this financial assistance.

We have approached a financial institution here called National Development Bank (NDB) and after going through all our papers for a loan of PGK500,000.00, they told us to provide an equity of PGK126,000.00 which is about 39,000 Australian Dollars. The loan of PGK500,000.00 we were seeking from the National Bank here is to purchase 3x Slashes and 3x MT Tractors all to the value of PGK470,614.71 and the added amount to the required PGK500,000.00 is for our operational activities.

In all, we kindly seek your loan assistance of AUD39,000.00 to be used as offset equity for the National Development Bank here to lend us the asset cash of PGK500,000.00.

We will supply you all our documents on your respond as we await your positive feedback.
