Historical 101
I think this edit went a bit too far in changing nearly every mention of The 101 to Audience Network. The article establishes the chronology of names in the lead, and it is misleading to refer to the network as Audience Network, for example, when discussing the run of Passions. When discussing past topics, the proper name from that time period should be used. This is common sense.— TAnthonyTalk 00:22, 22 July 2011 (UTC)
- For shows that were on it before the name change but no longer are, I changed Audience Network to the channel or reworded it DirecTV. TomCat4680 (talk) 00:38, 22 July 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks, I think it's much more readable that way.— TAnthonyTalk 04:49, 27 July 2011 (UTC)

Audience Network → Audience (TV network) – I feel like this move will be controversial, but I have noticed that back in March the logo has changed and the word "Network" has been removed from it; I uploaded a new logo to display the change. Billboard Man (talk) 11:28, 24 July 2016 (UTC)
- Support – I have DirecTV and it is only referred to as Audience now. 73.178.42.174 (talk) 23:47, 24 July 2016 (UTC)
- Support I have DirecTV too and the on screen guide calls it just Audience. TomCat4680 (talk) 16:07, 25 July 2016 (UTC)

Defunct date
I checked the channel on my DirecTV, and even tho today’s the day for it to be defunct, it’s still here. so maybe the edit on this article is unsourced? HappyINC (💬) 16:41, 29 February 2020 (UTC)
- @E789999: please see this and I have DirecTV and can confirm as of March 1, 2020 Audience is alive and well with all its current programming except Dan Patrick and Rich Eisen shows. As per WP:V there needs to be a definitive date that the channel has been converted to HBO Max Preview Channel. AT&T hasn't announced an official date just saying "Spring 2020" which could mean now or in May right before HBO Max launches. Until AT&T actually announces Audience is HBO Max Preview Channel the article should reflect this. Rich Eisen's show is off Audience but he doesn't know the exact date Audience will end and HBO Max Preview Channel begins. Alucard 16❯❯❯ chat? 18:16, 1 March 2020 (UTC)
- It's also best to leave the infobox alone and not remove any information. In most cases this article maybe moved to whatever the name for the HBO Max Preview Channel is. Alucard 16❯❯❯ chat? 18:29, 1 March 2020 (UTC)
