Is this a bit parochial -- any danger someone completely unaware of gamut of quantum theory of valency might stumble on this and think it dealt with entire field? Should there be some mention that it is one specialized approach, with references to overall field of quantum chemistry?Michael P. Barnett (talk) 20:24, 2 January 2011 (UTC)
- I do not follow you, Michael. To me it reads quite clearly that it is about a specialised approach to quantum chemistry. It perhaps needs a reference to someone who criticises the Bader approach. It has certainly attracted some controversy.--Bduke (Discussion) 21:36, 2 January 2011 (UTC)
Results
[edit]It is not a result of the AIM-Theory, that "Two atoms are bonded if their atomic volumes share a common interatomic surface, ". It is much more an axiom. Somehow the article should be related to chemical bonding and or chemical bond theory. An important issue is, that the different models/theories of chemical bonds or bonding cannot be related with one another just like that. --141.201.116.238 (talk) 08:02, 11 April 2012 (UTC)
