Page format

@Ceyockey: "Athens of the West" is an ambiguous term in the sense that a mention might refer to any of several cities, but converting the page to dab format would lose references etc. Might it work better as a broad-concept article, set index article or list? @Certes: It's ok for dab pages to have references, albeit it's rare—as it should be. The primary focus is on the disambiguation aspect; the cited passage is a relatively minor component and could be dropped if it is offending people's sensibilities. About other locales ... I put on here those instances where the phrase has some reliable source support.
