@Derby 95: In this chapter, I will show the translation of the announcement made by Football Federation of Kosovo about the list of the footballers who called up from Kosovo for the March matches, where it is confirmed (in the bolded text) also that Astrit Selmani was also called, but due to positive testing with COVID-19, could not be part of the national team.[1]
In English: March 16, 2021 - The selector of the Kosovo national team, Bernard Challandes has published the list of invited footballers for the three matches of this month; the friendly against Lithuania, on March 24 and the two qualifying matches for the World Cup "Qatar 2022" against Sweden, on March 28 and against Spain, on March 31. The striker of the Hammarby IF team, Astrit Selmani, was also invited for this gathering, but because he tested positive in Covid-19, he is not able to join the national team. For the same reason, this time Herolind Shala is also missing. As usual, the Dardanians will be accommodated in the hotel "Emerald", while the first training will take place on Monday at the stadium "Fadil Vokrri" in Pristina, at 19:00.
