[edit]The changes made were too large, there is worth encyclopedic content in this article, with references to significant figures in American and Washington State history and current events who are tied to the organization. It is also an independent not-for-profit corporation that is over 100 years old, a good background is necessary. Citations are needed but too much was removed, a list of officers and past officers is more than relevant.
ASUW as a separate article
[edit]I am aware that the "Associated Students of The University of Washington was once a previous article. I have provided plenty of sources and added a section on Diversity to establish notability based on the Wikipedia guidelines. I have updated the organizations information to it's current standings. I have removed old information from its existing home on the University of Washington page and provided a link to this main article.AustinThomson (talk) 04:39, 9 November 2015 (UTC)AustinThomson
