Convert to List?
[edit]Hello Tisane, I agree that this is a worthy topic, although for the moment this subject is at least partially covered in assassination, and this article so far is basically a collection of sentences on unrelated campaigns (including fictional). Unless you were planning on greatly expanding this article or porting over some info from assassination, I think it might be better to convert this into List of assassination campaigns, which as far as I can tell is not covered elsewhere. Any thoughts? Joshdboz (talk) 14:40, 13 May 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, a list might be a good idea. I have trouble covering topics in a very in-depth manner because my access to academic databases is usually limited to the first page of articles (i.e. what is accessible to the public through Google Scholar). There is probably the potential to create a more detailed article, consisting of several paragraphs of prose rather than what we have now, but someone with database access would have to get around to doing it. E.g., the French Action Directe (armed group) could probably be the subject of a paragraph, Israeli assassination campaigns could probably be the subject of a paragraph, and so on with the IRA, etc. And maybe some information could be dug up about assassination campaigns in general.
