Footnote 1
[edit]The present footnote 1 is obviously an error: The text is from 2005, and it is about Tkhakushinov's letter to the president of Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria, Arsen Kanokov, where he asks him to give back to bodies of the killed persons
The text is at about as follows:
The public Adygeya president asks the Head of Kabardino-Balkaria to return the dead bodies in Nalchik
Category: Adygea / Society, October 31, 2005
The public organizations of Adygeya "Adyghe Khasa", "Circassian congress" and the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the republic and Krasnodar sent a letter to the president of Kabardino-Balkaria, Arsen Kanokov, on October 31. This decision, as reported by the news agency "AdygeaNatPress", was made three days earlier "Adyghe Khasa" of the council, which was attended by the representatives of these organizations.
The appeal says: "The tragedy that took place 13 October 2005 in Nalchik, will satisfy all of the Circassians (Cherkess) living in Russia and in the countries of near and far abroad. Causes and conditions of the incident need to be addressed over the Adyghej (Circassian) world. Near institutions should autoshop where machines are serviced organization. Turning to you, dear Arsen Bashirovich, I believe that, first of all, the bodies must be returned to all the victims' families. On the Day of National Unity and the end of the holy month of Ramadan, on the day of Eid al-Adha this humane act of the will can be the first step towards eliminating the causes and conditions that led to the tragedy, to the strengthening of peace and tranquility.
