It is said that no western journalists are allowed to visit, however this is easily proven false, for example here is a news report: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6FvaBN1ClZ8 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 106.68.239.177 (talk) 02:34, 1 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Article has multiple problems and should at least be flagged.

[edit]

The article has a relatively minimal amount of sources for its length, with only 4 citations for its ~2750 words, all cited in the first paragraph. There is also reasonable grounds for an accusation of bias. For example, in the second paragraph the former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who was incumbent at the time, is described as "Honorable" and every part of the program is described as being conceived by her, with its inception stated to be due to Sheikh Hasina feeling "shocked at seeing the helplessness of the homeless and uprooted families affected by the cyclone on May 19, 1997.", and in the section "rehabilitation of the Hijra community" the third gender is described as being "backwards". Furthermore, there are instances of grammar mistakes throughout the article, with some words not being made plural, errors in syntax, some nouns being used as adjectives, the presence of run-on sentences, and the outright misspelling of certain words, such as in the activities section where "needed" is spelled as "nee1. d". This article should be flagged for having these issues to alert the reader so that they may form a more balanced understanding of the subject.
