Objectivity

I think that the following line is probably steering more towards speculation than encyclopaedic fact.

"Locals enjoy the 1970's feel of shopping at the Plaza, much more so than Ashmore City and Southport Park down the road."

Especially seeing as Ashmore City is just as busy and popular as Ashmore Plaza. If it was possible to put it into some sort of statistic perhaps it would be acceptable, but at the moment it seems more like personal bias.
