[edit]Statements like "Ashfaq was a lion among men" don't instill faith that this article is unbiased. -Nv8200p talk 22:27, 30 August 2006 (UTC)

- Wow, so much improvement in such short amount of time. I hardly recognized it. Good work! I'm really impressed. Zephyr2k 23:06, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
- I don't know what to do with "greatness of the Hindu religion". Needs to be reworded I think. Zephyr2k 00:05, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

- Thats not POV because that is expressing Bismiljis views. What is POV is " a lion among men". Bakaman Bakatalk 17:25, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
- You may consider it as biased (British did not think in this way), but for Indians Ashfaq certainly a lion among men. Secondly, there is no need to mention the interaction between Bismil and Ashfaq. That was between them and I do not think that has any substantiation. It is natural that there might have been some initial doubts though muslims in those days were not bitten by the 'Jehadi' bug (disloyalty to their own country). The matter of fact is that Ashfaq and Bismil, both, became immortal for Indians by sacrificing their lives. My homage to the brave freedom fighters. Aupmanyav 15:35, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
- I intend to change the paragraph 'Frienship With Ramprasad Bismil'. Ramaprasad was a devout hindu, he was known among his fellow revolutionaries as 'Panditji'. I doubt if Bismil at anytime might have tried to show any superiority of Hinduism over Islam. Ashfaq on his part was a devout muslim. People in India at that time did not engage in the one-up manship as they do now. I have no doubt that Bismil and Ashfaq respected each other and other person's religion. Debate is something else, we all do it here in Wikipedia, Bismil and Ashfaq also may have engaged in it. Aupmanyav 04:45, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
