mr arturo chavez i am sure you are awhere of the las olas mar y sol project in rosarito beach area, that is being built by one alex crosthwaite. he more than any one or anything has cause your demize in tourist. he has promised a life of sun and fun and has not delivered in the 5 years he has taken everyones money( and mine) and spent it on family and his 25000 square foot home in the united states. he is a crook if there ever lived one. i am in the middle of suing him in the mexican courts, but you know how long that takes. we started in january and now we are no farther then when we started, so many delays about nothing. giving them the same information over and over again,we call it a stall in the U.S. i got into the project at ground level(when it was just a rock pile) and have suffered through all the delays and lies one should have to. i have had 5 promising opening dates to take control of the condo`s (i bougth 2) and all have come and gone. i can not sale them , i can not get any information on them, so i sued him and the las olas management company. i have a good lawyer`s firm but i since a kind of fear from them over this alex. like they want to do the right thing without stepping on anyones toes. me , i bought the condo`s in good faith and expected mr crosthwaite to do the right thing. he build`s it, i buy it and we live happily ever after. in realilty he took my money($180,000 u.s.)and has not delivered a thing. i have given my mexican lawyer`s $10,000 u.s. and the bill keeps going up. i do not know if you can look into this or not ,but i can tell you this, i will do all i can to prove mr. alex crosthwaite a lier and a thief. i will tell all who will listen not ever to go to rosarito or for that matter any part of baja california. i am sorry mr. alex has brought this upon the people of baja, but it goes to show you one bad apple does spoil the whole barrow. if there is anything you can do to help me and many more, either get our hard earned money back or see alex pay for all the wrongs he has done. i have a list of people whom i know have bought from alex and are very upset at the whole idea of alex getting away with this. please i ask you before i go public with this to look into the matter and help in any way you possibily can. very upset in the U.S.
