Western border
[edit]The description of the western border in the article header paragraph is confusing. It simply reads "East 2nd Avenue," which I don't believe exists looking at a map. There is a NE 2nd Avenue and a NW 2nd Avenue, so does the article mean NE 2nd Avenue? It'd seem odd if that were the case, as it'd make the neighborhood only a few blocks wide starting at the bay. --Criticalthinker (talk) 16:12, 4 October 2016 (UTC)
