Concrete examples
[edit]Idea: My goal as a reader was to get some context for the theory & figure out where/when I'd want to use an artifact approach at work. I struggled a bit: the article is heavier on theory (so far).
A section describing use-cases, or maybe examples added in the Overview section would help me

Work artifacts are one of the most important entities that get passed from one work role to another within the flow model.
