British Road Race Championship and British Best All-Rounder

[edit]

I have added the word "male" to the opening paragraph, because Beryl Burton, who cycled throughout her entire career as an amateur, won the Women's British Road Race Championship twelve times between 1959 and 1974, and won the women's British Best All-Rounder title every year from 1959 to 1983 (twenty-five times): so she won both titles in the same year twelve times.Paulannis (talk) 08:51, 27 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Correction

[edit]

Just wanted to comment on the After Career paragraph where Mr Metcalfe's sad passing is described as having happened two months before moving to France with his wife. Just a small typo to say 'before' (instead of 'after') but it does need to be corrected to make this excellent biog complete.
