An IP address, 58.185.1.178, has made a large number of edits here. According to whois lookup, the address range 58.185.1.176 - 58.185.1.191 is assigned to Art Plural Gallery, 38 Armenian Street, Singapore 179942. I've added the IP to the COI editors above.
