FYI and with regard to Linkletter's commercial for Medicare reform: He should get his facts straight.
This year I am paying $240.00 MORE for the same prescription which has always cost me $15.00
per month due to the GENEROSITY of the NEW government program sponsored by this
administration... Am I angry? YOU BET!!!
Can someone please inform this man that he is continuing to say the "darndest things"??? Carol Moldow Carolvicky@aol.com
This is said to have happened in Long Beach at Internation Tower... all the kitchens are on the INTERIOR of the building with NO WINDOW, only a breakfast bar opening to the dining area and at least 20 or more feet from the closest window. I lived in the building and know the floor plan. Just a thought.
- What does any of this have to do with our article? -Will Beback 05:13, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
- Er, yeah, and the first two posters, sign your posts. The wish that we communicate with the subject of the article about some television advert he once made is completely off-topic. The other message...no clue, and obviously the writer didn't either. I suggest we blank the page except for the banner and start over. Canonblack 22:51, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
Linkletter ain't dead yet? Gosh, he must be older than dirt!!!!!Obbop 22:21, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
Linkletter could not have graduated from San Diego State University for the simple reason it was San Diego State College at the time.Wschart (talk) 06:07, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
Nothing here about Linkletter's farming career in the Northern Territory and Western Australia? It's all in his book Linkletter Down Under. Grassynoel (talk) 06:05, 7 January 2009 (UTC)
His movie
Didn't he star in a movie in the 1940's? This should be included in his article. Edison (talk) 05:56, 14 January 2009 (UTC)
- Maybe it was "Champagne for Caesar" (1950), but I thought it was a 40's movie and that he was the main star. Edison (talk) 04:17, 28 May 2010 (UTC)
