Title should be changed
[edit]On no menu in Spain will you find an item called Caldoso. It is always Arroz caldoso, which means soupy rice. "Soupy' by itself – as the name of a dish – would be absurd in English; just as absurd would be "Caldoso" in Spanish. There is no article in Spanish Wikipedia with such a title.
This article is completely unsourced but at least the title should be correct. The correct – and invariable – name for this dish is "Arroz caldoso". The title should be changed, accordingly. Ttocserp 02:42, 2 June 2018 (UTC)

Caldoso → Arroz caldoso – Per the above comments by Ttocserp, which I quote:
This might be uncontroversial, but I am not familiar enough with the subject to be sure, so listing as an RM. - There's a problem that needs to be fixed before that can be done. At some point, someone has redirected the phrase "Arroz caldoso" to the article Congee! A congee (Asian cusine) is a kind of gruel. Needless to say, Arroz caldoso isn't a congee. I suspect the mistake arose because Arroz caldo (Philippines cusine) is a congee.
- Therefore, the redirect to Congee must be removed first. I'm about to raise it at RfD. Ttocserp 19:23, 6 June 2018 (UTC)
- I have already fixed that by redirecting Arroz caldoso to Caldoso in this edit; no need for RfD. --Paul_012 (talk) 20:24, 6 June 2018 (UTC)
- Gosh, I didn't know you were allowed to do that. When I deleted the redirect I got reverted!Ttocserp (talk) 20:55, 6 June 2018 (UTC)
- Support, including fixing the mistaken redirect of a soupy rice dish to a congee gruel article. I live in an area festooned with Latin/Hispanic restaurants, in the US, and they don't call anything a "caldoso", either, so it's not just "what is said in Spain" thing. Someone's just make an ignorant error out of an excessive desire to apply WP:CONCISE where it can't actually apply. — SMcCandlish ☏ ¢ 😼 12:55, 7 June 2018 (UTC)
