Discussion: Move (Name change) is warranted, to "The imprisonment of Trevor Reed by the Russian Federation"

The "arrest" was only a very small part of what happened. Also the word "arrest" by itself is enigmatic.

"The imprisonment of Trevor Reed by the Russian Federation" is more accurate.

Otherwise, this is a very good beginning of an article. It needs to be updated, though.

I realize it's a brand new article. Good work getting it going.
