Per MOS:DATE: "If an article has evolved using predominantly one date format, this format should be used throughout the article, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic or consensus on the article's talk page." - talking about 'strong national ties' the preferred format in Estonia and the rest of mainland Europe is DMY. So this also goes to the other articles you edit (Finnish skaters, Swedish skaters etc) aswell - you should change back to DMY if the rest of the article (body text and infobox) uses DMY. Thanks.
