... because i'm making The Arkansaw Traveler and Arkansaw Traveler Redirect to the Dab Arkansas Traveler, and the issue that applies to both of the main-namespace Rdrs is probably more accessible here than on talk pages of Rdrs! "The Arkansaw Traveler" and "Arkansaw Traveler" are apparently the titles for records (and probably manuscripts) of the song, probably often for (1) country (or mock-country) flavor or (2) faithful rendition, rather than due to (3) spelling errors. I tagged the Rdrs with both {{R from other name}} (covering 1 and 2) and {{R from misspelling}} (covering 3). It would not be totally off the wall to Dab elsewhere the two W versions (together or individually), but i'm not that interested in dealing with the decision nor in thinking thru the differences among the 2, 3, or 4 titles' respective needs for Dab'n. My concern is that we use the W spelling (presumably appropriately) in a number of articles, and it's at best silly to pretend no one would seek "Arkansaw Traveler". --Jerzy•t04:46, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
