Major edits

I deleted a lot of unreferenced text that bordered on WP:BLP and/or was related to a 'long-distance two-way radio' Bruce Beach is supposedly developing. Both are unnecessary in an article about a Canadian building; however, the deleted material is still here in case enough references can be found for a separate biography page (I almost created such a page, but reliable sources seem almost nonexistent). With better organization, almost too-many links, de-orphan-ization, a whopping ~~two~~ three sources, and over 400 words of remaining (directly related to the topic) content, I think this is now better than a stub (it may even be C-class), so I removed the stub tag. (I accidentally hit the 'minor edit' box in doing so). It could still use a couple more sources (preferably ones not from television), so I'm leaving the Refimprove template.
