[edit]The last time I was on this road (11/13/08) all the signs had ADOT stickers on them. It also seems that ADOT signed a few signs west of 1st Avenue that were TOV signs. The resolutions seem to only talk about getting rid of drainage and utility easements, not the highway itself. I'm removing the part about SR 989 being given back to the town. --NE2 01:05, 25 December 2010 (UTC)
