This article (created 27 July 2008) seems to be a duplicate of Arvid Gjengedal (created 27 June 2011). Both are born 19 July 1943 and a Norwegian academic and politician for the Conservative Party. The Storting reference in this article and a general online search suggest that the correct name is Arvid, so I suggest merging the Arild article to the Arvid article.
