Citation needed

[edit]

Someone inserted a Citation needed template after a sentence that gives some information about several books Van Deursen has written. A simple WorldCat search will prove immediately that Van Deursen has written those books. I am inclined to remove this template without adding a source - sources, footnotes are mere obstacles in cases like this, when the information is so obvious - but being uncertain about the guidelines and policies here, I am not sure if that is the thing to do.
