Bottle flipping video
[edit]A viral video does not make the student in the video (the bottle flipping video in this case) notable. He's not a notable alumnus and we don't mention him by name. Create a bio article for the student if you want to establish his notability, but I strongly suspect that such an article would fail based on WP:BLP1E. Until he is shown to be notable we do not list him by name in the article per WP:WPSCH/AG#WNTI:
Any mention of living people must conform with the biography of living persons policy, including the presumption in favour of privacy. ... Special care should be taken in regards to the mention of individual pupils or providing information that would allow individual pupils to be identified (particularly where they are underage); such disclosures should only occur in exceptional circumstances.
As for whether the video should be mentioned in the article and, if so, where... it certainly does not belong in the lede, and has already been removed twice. Please don't restore the video to the lede again. The lede is an intro to the subject and a summary of its most important contents. It would be a rather sad commentary on the school if this video were one of the most important things that could be said about it. I doubt this video is worth including at all in the article but since it happened at a school event it might qualify if the coverage lasts. Meters (talk) 17:56, 26 May 2016 (UTC)
