former residents

Not sure why the IP reverted my change - perhaps you can explain? Is there particular reason to stress the former residents rather than current residents? Can you provide a reference? My main concern with putting that extra sentence, rather than combining former residents with present ones, is that it reads quite oddly and really stands out in the paragraph, making me as reader question why we are even talking to former residents, what do they know about the current changes, and are they just "grumbling and complaining"?--Vannin (talk) 14:40, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
