Issue with list article
[edit]This page suggests that the archipallium in mammals is composed of the hippocampus. The List of regions in the human brain page seems to suggest that it is the striatum. Why the disconnect? Vokesk (talk) 23:18, 21 March 2012 (UTC)
- This page is correct -- although the term "archipallium" is somewhat deprecated nowadays; "medial pallium" is more commonly used. It looks like that list article was constructed partly by copying things and moving them around and then editing them -- I suspect that the "archipallium" label for the striatum was left in accidentally. I've removed that label and a couple of other bogus things as well. Looie496 (talk) 00:01, 22 March 2012 (UTC)
